Great views and comfy room, Texas

Nice size room with a comfy bed and good shower. Wonderful views of Queenstown! The location is good if you have a car. The hill does seem steep for walking, but we had a car so didn't try it out. Wifi is free, but we really couldn't get it to work well. So, be sure to note the check-in time when you book and let him know if you'll be arriving outside this time! I was in a rush booking things for a slightly last minute trip and made a goof with this one. Didn't really recall what I booked and showing up at 9pm was no good! Felt bad about arriving late, but the owner was very nice about it and glad he was around to let us in so late. Also, since we arrived in the dark, we missed the little turn into the place. So just be aware!

Fantasic and Friendly Family Team, Australia

We were a big group; 4 adults and 7 kids. The apartments were wonderful. Perfect in fact. Whilst the facilities were great, Laura was absolutely fantastic! Great support, tour organiser, luggage transporter (when we needed to get through snow to the airport) and provider of toboggans for the kids on the driveway on the last day. We couldn't have asked for more; it was awesome!

Hope to return here, New Zealand

Recently stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely views from the balcony, and clean, well-equipped rooms. The owners were friendly and helpful. Wifi was not the fastest, but fine for checking email and other small tasks. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Kiwi hospitality! Will come back very soon!, Australia

As soon as I got out of the taxi and gathered my bags, I was immediately welcomed by one of the owners as he was rushing up the stairs from the main reception. A typical Kiwi; down to earth, friendly and a great sense of humour (unfortunately I don't remember his name). The owner gave me a thorough welcome induction where he showed me everything in detail from how to get to the main town, where the main shops are, the rules about the kitchen to even giving a brief history of the area. It was FANTASTIC! They have 2 cats Casper and Molly who were a delight to have around. I've never been to a bed a breakfast I assumed the rooms were going to be more of a hotel, however it's more of a lodge. As I was travelling on my own, my bedroom was in the centre of the floor with a window in the ceiling. This was pretty cool actually. My room contained a private bathroom and mini bar. You'll have to clean and maintain your own room, but the towels and toilet paper are refreshed everyday. The hotel is situated on the base of a mountain so the driveways are steep and there's a lot of walking up hill and stairs. Nevertheless, the owner carried my suitcase up to the room. Walking from town to the hotel involves trekking up steep ground. If you have bad knees or are not comfortable walking up steep slopes, then maybe this might inconvenient for you. However, if you don't have a car I'm sure the owners will organise transport for you. The views from the hotel are spectacular. I recommend grabbing some beers/wine and sitting on the balcony in the evenings when the sun sets. Coronet BB also offers airport drop offs for only $25. This is cheaper than a taxi. They organised it so I could leave my luggage in the boot of their car while I could have a last stroll around Queenstown. They picked me up from town and dropped me off at the airport. Coronet is about a 10-15 min walk to the main town centre. Everything is walking distance in Queenstown. I booked this in October/November 2014 and stayed for 4 nights during the first week of January 2015 and the prices was very reasonable, but recommend booking early. Throughout my stay, the service and hospitality was superb and perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend staying at Coronet BB. Thank you Coronet BB ; A+, 5 star - I will visit again soon.

Cheers & Beers from the Canberra crew

We had a ball in Queenstown, and finding such a great place to stay for the nine of us really helped make our holiday. It was good to have the privacy of our own en-suited rooms plus all the features of a home where we could get together. We love the view and enjoyed the walk to and from the shops. Thank you both for your hospitality, we will be back!

Koichi, Japan

Hello! Do you remember me? I'm Koichi from Japan. I'm very appreciate for your good hospitality service. I want to stay again your B & B when I will go in NZ. I will recommend my friend and co-worker to stay at Coronet view B & B. See you!

Wonderful Views, Japan

We had a great stay at this large B and B/ Vacation Apartment unit. It is located part way up the wooded mountain, thus the great views, but a steep walk home from town. Rooms were good, and there was a lovely lounge with comfortable furniture and great views. After being on a cruise ship for a lengthy time and eager for free wifi, we found it spotty and unreliable, however the owner plans to uograde soon.
